ERIKA POWELL
OWNER
Erika Powell sees life in the details. Her affinity for art and design came at an early age. After graduating Cum Laude from Auburn University with a a degree in Interior Design and minors in International Studies and Business, Erika completed her formal training in New York working for both famed designer Victoria Hagan and Scalamandre, a world-renowned textile company.
Erika started Urban Grace Interiors in 2005 and has completed projects across the country, both residential and commercial. Her hands-on design approach is uncanny and organization unmatched as she and her team work closely with all parties to ensure the vision for each project is executed seamlessly. Her obsession over the finest-tuned details shines through in every completed project.
Erika lives in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida with her two daughters and husband. In her free time she can be found gardening, painting, scouring flea markets and antique shops, and traveling. After five years of dreaming and developing patterns Erika finally launched her textiles line in 2018- Erika M Powell Textiles.
MEAGAN SCHRECK
SENIOR DESIGNER
Meagan joined the Urban Grace team in June 2016. Meagan believes that listening to the individual is the key to bringing projects to a perfect conclusion by creating interiors that showcase not only the best designs but the client's personal history and lifestyle.
Meagan has over ten years of design experience and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design from Mississippi State University. After graduation, Meagan moved to the 30A area where she worked on both residential and commercial projects. After a few years, life pulled Meagan away from the beach and she spent seven years traveling between MS, CA, and Southern Asia. Finally, after seven years, she was able to relocate back to her true home, the beaches of Northwest Florida where she joined the Urban Grace team. There is no doubt that her travels have broadened her design sensibilities.
In her spare time, Meagan loves spending time with her family, friends and Shih Tzu- Ella. Personal passions for international travel, reading, running and art provide constant inspiration and influence on her aesthetic and lifestyle.
HALEY EBERHART
SENIOR DESIGNER
Haley Eberhart learned from a very early age how to make things pretty. She spent most of her life as an innkeeper on the coast of Maine, where she decorated and maintained a turn-of-the-century hotel on the National Register. Driven and entrepreneurial, she and her husband, Billy, along with her siblings, also owned and operated an eclectic antique and home furnishing store, managed a fleet of wholesale lobster fisherman, and even owned a family restaurant in the tiny fishing village of Five Islands, Maine. Her beautiful places have been featured in “Coastal Living,” “Travel and Leisure,” “Victoria Magazine,” “Maine Home Design,” and many other regional publications. On weekends Haley can likely be found on the green in Seaside sipping mimosas (or as she calls it “sparkling”) with any of her five children … and any of her Urban Grace colleagues that are seeking adoption into the Eberhart family.
IVY NORTON
DESIGNER
Ivy joined the Urban Grace team in 2023 after graduating from the University of Georgia's Furnishings and Interior Design program. Ivy has been a hard worker from a young age and has the resume (and maturity) to show for it. She is an old soul, a ray of sunshine, and a go-getter with extremely high standards when it comes to project organization, resulting in her jobs being managed with ease. When not in the studio you can find Ivy on the beach, sipping on cold brew coffee or snuggling her fur baby, Juniper.
